The access to the reserved area gives visitors access to information that is owned by the companies in the Nextam Partners Group, namely the products and the services offered by each operating company in the Nextam Partners Group and the products and services of third parties by way of web links.
In order to enter the reserved “Research and Markets” area (the Service) you must first register yourself on the website and register some “Personal Information” (Username and e-mail address). However, before registering your personal information please read “Data Processing of Personal Information” here below.
Data Processing of Personal Information
In compliance with article 13 of Italian legislative decree (d.lgs.) No. 196/2003 – Italian data protection law, we are providing this information to explain some important and significant aspects on how the personal information you provide us with will be processed and used in order for you to be able to use the service. It is up to you to decide whether to provide the information or not, but if you decide not to do so you will not be able to enter the Reserved Area.

Your personal information will only be used to allow you to enter the Reserved Area and will not be disclosed to third parties outside Nextam Partners Group. Under no circumstances will Nextam Partners SIM SpA use your personal information to send you its advertising material or that of third parties.
Information processing
The information gathered will be processed using computers. The company complies with all suitable security measures to avoid the information being lost, used unlawfully or falling into the hands of third parties.
The Data Controller
The Data Controller of the gathered information is Nextam Partners SIM S.p.A. (the “SIM”), with registered offices at via Bigli 11, 20121 Milan, Italy. All the information gathered for the Service will be processed at the SIM’s offices and by the SIM’s staff in Italy.
Rights of Data Subjects
You may at any time and at no charge ask to know what information we have about you; you may ask for your personal information to be updated, changed, cancelled or not to be processed for the foregoing purposes by writing to the Data Controller, Nextam Partners SIM SPA, Via Torquato Tasso, 1, 20123 Milan or by sending an e-mail to privacy@nextampartners.com.
Cancelling the Service
You may ask to cancel the service at any time by clicking on “Cancel Subscription” once you have logged into the Reserved Area.
